RETURNS AND WARRANTY
If you would like to return your item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 14 days of purchase.
If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Happy shopping! We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items at the moment. We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the products prior to purchasing online).
All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 30% and above, this allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for understanding.
All Lox products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged.
All limited edition productsare non-refundable (change of mind), as there is a strictly limited amount of stock and once they are sold out, they are sold out. We are unable to re-sell them again.
